The controller of personal data collected on neatlabfr.com is Neatlabfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €100,000, registered with the Paris Trade Register under number 921 458 327, whose registered office is located at 12 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France. 2. Data collected
We only collect strictly necessary data: first name, last name, email address, regional indicator (when provided) and technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited). No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is collected.
3. Purposes of processing
The data are used to send you information about the real-estate participation program, to follow up on your request, to answer your questions and to measure website audience in aggregate form.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) as well as on Neatlabfr SAS's legitimate interest in communicating with people who have expressed an interest in its program (Article 6.1.f).
5. Retention period
Your data are kept for three (3) years from your last active contact with Neatlabfr SAS. Prospecting data are deleted or anonymised at the end of this period.
6. Recipients
Data are not sold. They are accessible only to Neatlabfr SAS's internal teams and to our technical sub-processors (host OVH SAS located in France, email provider established in the European Union) bound by a processing agreement compliant with the GDPR.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@neatlabfr.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption, access control, regular backups and access logging.
9. Transfers outside the EU
Your data are hosted and processed within the European Union. No transfer outside the EU is carried out without appropriate safeguards.
